F\u00f6r oss inneb\u00e4r det bland annat att alla v\u00e5ra enheter \u00e4r kollektivavtalsanslutna samt f\u00f6ljer g\u00e4llande arbetsmilj\u00f6lagstiftning, f\u00f6rordningar och f\u00f6reskrifter. Men f\u00f6r att vara schysst hela v\u00e4gen beh\u00f6ver man v\u00e5ga st\u00e4lla krav p\u00e5 att andra ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r det. F\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att vi delar v\u00e4rderingar har vi en uppf\u00f6randekod som vi noga f\u00f6ljer upp l\u00f6pande. Genom att v\u00e4lja Fairtrade-certifierat kaffe garanteras de producerande b\u00f6nderna en sk\u00e4lig ers\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r sin sk\u00f6rd d\u00e4r de alltid \u00e4r garanterade minimipris n\u00e4r v\u00e4rldsmarknadspriset \u00e4r l\u00e5gt. Det n\u00e5got h\u00f6gre priset vi betalar f\u00f6r kaffet bidrar till t ex skolor och h\u00e4lsov\u00e5rd i de samh\u00e4llen d\u00e4r producenterna verkar. Fairtrade-kaffe odlas i l\u00e4nder med svag arbetsr\u00e4tts- och arbetsmilj\u00f6lagstiftning, l\u00e5g BNP per capita och \u00f6kad utsatthet f\u00f6r b\u00e5de prisregleringar p\u00e5 v\u00e4rldsmarknaden och klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar.
