Den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten \u00e4r en riktig favorit hos g\u00e4sterna p\u00e5 Restaurang SKF. Den \u00e4r fylld med h\u00e4rliga smaker och f\u00e4rger \u2013 en r\u00e4tt som g\u00f6r gott b\u00e5de f\u00f6r smakl\u00f6karna och planeten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Enhetschef Erik Larsson ber\u00e4ttar:<\/em><br><em>&#8221;Vi valde den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten eftersom den s\u00e5 omtyckt. Det \u00e4r ett hantverk vi g\u00f6r med bra r\u00e5varor, h\u00e4rliga f\u00e4rger och smaker som inte bara gillas av vegetarianer.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vegetariska r\u00e4tter som broccolibiff \u00e4r inte bara goda, de bidrar till en mer h\u00e5llbar framtid. Genom att v\u00e4lja v\u00e4xtbaserade ingredienser minskar vi v\u00e5rt klimatavtryck och bidrar till att skydda v\u00e5r planet f\u00f6r kommande generationer \ud83c\udf0d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r receptet f\u00f6r fyra personer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Broccolibiffar (f\u00f6r 4 personer)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g blanchad broccoli, grovt riven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g v\u00e4xtbaserad f\u00e4rs (t.ex. gr\u00e5\u00e4rtsf\u00e4rs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g finriven morot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g potatis, mosad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g finriven Grana Padano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 msk vitl\u00f6kspur\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blandade \u00f6rter (persilja, timjan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt och peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blanda alla ingredienser i en stor sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forma smeten till biffar i \u00f6nskad storlek.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stek biffarna i olivolja tills de f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg, och s\u00e4tt dem sedan i ugnen p\u00e5 175\u00b0C tills k\u00e4rntemperaturen n\u00e5r 75\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Citronkokt couscous<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2,5 dl cous-cous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 msk olivolja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 msk citronsaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zest fr\u00e5n en citron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2,5 dl gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 grillad paprika (strimlad)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g torkade aprikoser (t\u00e4rnade)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fryst persilja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u00e4gg cous-cous i en ugnsform och blanda med olivolja, citronsaft, citronzest, salt och peppar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver varm gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och t\u00e4ck formen med plastfolie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efter 5 minuter, fluffa upp cous-cousen med en gaffel och tills\u00e4tt grillad paprika, torkade aprikoser och persilja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Muhammara<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g grillade r\u00f6da paprikor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2,5 dl rostade solrosk\u00e4rnor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2,5 msk citronsaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 msk vitl\u00f6kspur\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2,5 tsk paprikapulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,25 tsk chilipulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,25 tsk salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mixa alla ingredienser till en sl\u00e4t r\u00f6ra. Smaka av med salt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aioli<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2,5 dl majonn\u00e4s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0,5 dl vatten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 msk vitl\u00f6kspur\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 msk olivolja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt och peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blanda alla ingredienser och h\u00e4ll upp i en pipflaska.
